  Funeral Home didn't reverse charges on my credit card after a burial policy was found that covered all expenses and was payable only to the funeral home. I had to get one of my family members involved that knows them to rectify the situation. They have no excuse for this. Absolutely wretched business practices, get copies of everything in writing, including wording on headstone. They should be ashamed. I will never do business there again.

  The entire staff made this difficult time almost seamless. The handled the smallest details, recommended florists and ministers. We could not have asked for anything better. These wonderful people go far beyond their call to duty.
